Red Fork Sunday Pot Roast
Rating (0 Rated)
A flavorful packaged sauce from the grocery aisle! Red Fork sauces are free of preservatives, trans fats, colorings, and artificial ingredients. This particular variety makes the perfect weekend meal, studded with porcini mushrooms and garlic. For a weeknight rendition, brown beef as directed, transfer to a slow cooker with 1 cup broth and cover. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Add vegetables half way through.

2 to 2-1/2 pounds beef top sirloin or chuck roast
1 pouch Red Fork Sunday Pot Roast Seasoning Sauce
2 cups broth or water
1 pound peeled carrots, 2-inch pieces
1 to 1-1/2 pounds small potatoes, halved
