Sesame Crusted Salmon with Lime Ginger Butter

It's a casual Friday dinner of fish 'n chips n' seeds, American style. The secret ingredient in this recipe - potato chips!
serves 4


2 pounds fresh Alaskan salmon fillet, skinned & cut into 4 pieces
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Lime Ginger Butter

Sesame Crusted Salmon with Lime Ginger Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brush salmon filet with soy sauce and sesame oil. Combine crushed chips and sesame seeds. Roll salmon into chip mixture and place on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Lime-Ginger Butter.
