Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala Turkey Tacos

Tired of turkey soup and turkey sandwiches after Thanksgiving? You can go international and taste the flavors of India in this super-easy dish that make new use out of those turkey leftovers.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cups leftover turkey meat (shredded or diced)

1 jar Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala

Flour or corn tortillas, warmed in a skillet

Cilantro leaves, diced onions, corn, shredded lettuce and cabbage for garnish

Directions

1. In a medium-sized covered skillet or Dutch oven, heat

the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cooked

turkey meat and sauté until warmed through.

2. Add Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala. Partially cover and simmer,

stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes over low

heat, or until meat is heated through. If sauce becomes

too thick, add water to thin.

3. Add taco toppings and serve.
