Jerk BBQ Sauce

This sauce features one of our favorite bulk spices from Frontier, Jamaican Jerk Blend. A zippy sauce perfect for any grillable from tofu to chicken. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.  

Ingredients

3 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons molasses
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard (yellow, brown, or spicy)
Juice of one lime
Zest of one lime
2 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Blend
1 teaspoon salt

Jerk BBQ Sauce
  • I'm a dairy free recipe!

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and let simmer for 10 minutes or until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
2. Brush on meat or vegetables for the last 10 minutes of grill time, serve extra on the side.
