Quick and Easy Vegan Quiche

Who says you need dairy to make a rich and delicious quiche? This simple recipe has all the flavor of a traditional quiche, but with all plant-based ingredients!
serves 4-6

Ingredients

1 packaged pie crust (we love Simple Soyman’s)

1 12-ounce bottle of Just Egg

½ cup plant milk of choice

½ teaspoon granulated garlic

½ teaspoon granulated onion

½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1½ cups steamed broccoli

4 Beyond Meat Breakfast Sausage patties 
(cooked and crumbled)

1 cup plant-based shredded cheese 
(Violife cheddar works great)

Quick and Easy Vegan Quiche

Directions

1      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2      Bake pie crust for 10 minutes and remove from oven (poking a few holes in the crust with a fork prevents bubbles from forming).

3      Whisk Just Egg, plant milk and seasonings together.

4      Add solid ingredients to mixture and fill pie crust.

5      Bake for 60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool and serve.
