Mango Salsa

1 large ripe mango
1 large sweet onion
1 medium jalapeño or similar flavorful chili pepper
1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1–2 limes
Salt to taste

  1. Peel and dice a large ripe mango and a large sweet onion. Remove the seeds from a medium-size jalapeno or another flavorful chili and chop it very fine. Combine the mango, onion, and chili and about 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Squeeze 1 or 2 limes over the salsa to taste. Add salt to taste and serve right away.
