If you’ve ever wondered what to do with canned oysters, this is it! Creamy and smoky with a hint of heat, this quick holiday appetizer is sure to surprise and please all of your hungry guests. Pair with a bubbly white wine like Pacific Rim’s White Flowers Sparkling Riesling for a beautifully simple holiday treat.

Ingredients

1 can Crown Prince smoked oysters, drained
8 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayo
1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic salt
dash of hot sauce

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and well combined.
2. Serve with toasted French baguette slices or your favorite cracker. We love Mr. Krispers gluten-free snack crackers. They are light, crispy and about the size of a poker chip – perfectly bite-sized and a great way to avoid any pesky double-dipping!
