Where are you at right now?

"Right now, I’m training and learning the schedule, helping out my manager and learning my new job duties."

What position did you start at?

"My first position here was a clerk part time and then an opportunity arose where a Journeyperson position opened up and I was encouraged to apply for that then a Support Manager position opened up and I was encouraged to apply for that. Every manager I had was always encouraging me to apply."

Anything else you’d like people to know about working here?

"Everyone is nice and friendly and willing to help each other. Even if it is a hard day you can always ask your co-worker for help and they’re always there for you. It’s like a friendship. That’s what I really love about Outpost because you don’t really see that at other jobs. Other places I’ve worked it’s just work, work, work and it’s hard to make friends. Here it’s like ‘Heyyyy…how’s it going?’  It’s so relaxed and it’s so easy to make friends. It’s like everybody’s my friend here."
