Blueberry Protein Smoothie For Two

This is a perfect post-workout summer ‘meal’. The combination of blueberry, vanilla, and lemon zest remind us of a berry crisp. This makes enough for 2 servings unless you’re going for a bigger meal.  
serves 2


1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 ripe bananas – we like to use frozen ones                     
1 cup coconut water, almond milk or milk of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup cottage cheese or Greek-style yogurt
2 tablespoons ground hemp or hemp powder
1 tablespoon Tera’s Whey Bourbon Vanilla powder
Zest of one lemon

Put all ingredients, except lemon zest, in a blender and blend well. Add in zest at the end and blend until just mixed in.
