Cheesy Oven Fries

C'mon. This could be the simplest recipe on the planet. Or at least in your recipe box. We think these are awesome served with Popeye Burgers! Or try dipping them in creamy, plain Greek style yogurt.
serves 4

Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper to taste
1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into 1⁄4-inch thick wedges.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in rows so they don’t touch. Spray lightly with oil. Bake about 20 minutes until browned on all sides turning once while baking.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with seasoning/cheese mixture.
