1 Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza
1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
1/2 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (we like to use Two Fat Guys Smoky BBQ sauce) plus any additional BBQ sauce if desired
1/2 cup Country Connections Applewood Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
1/2 small red onion, sliced
1/2 red or green bell pepper, sliced
1. In a large skillet, add chicken and the BBQ sauce and cook over medium heat until chicken is done (about 10-15 minutes). While the chicken is cooking, sauté the onions and peppers in a separate pan with the 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
2. Brush the Flatzza with olive oil and top with the chicken and BBQ sauce mixture from the skillet, any additional BBQ sauce (if desired), sautéed onions and peppers, and shredded smoked Gouda cheese.
3. Throw the pizza on the grill over medium-high heat until the Flatzza crust is golden and the cheese melts.
