Kick up your smoothie!   • Add 2 – 4 raw kale leaves for a burst of green vitamins and fiber   • For extra protein, add a tablespoon or two of whey or brown rice protein powder   • Fresh, raw ginger adds a spicy note and aids in digestion

1/2 cup apricot nectar
3/4 cup low-fat berry yogurt (any kind of berry)
3/4 cup frozen peaches
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon flax meal
