Mango-Ginger-Strawberry Smoothie

Ginger can calm your stomach and warm your soul. This smoothie is just plain delicious!
serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup hulled strawberries

3/4 cup crushed ice

1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt

1/4 cup cold water

2 teaspoons crystallized ginger, minced

2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until well blended.
