For almost four decades, the family-run bakery known as Larsen’s has been turning out delicious, flaky Danish Kringle in Racine, Wis.
The bakery’s reputation is solid gold, and we are certainly not alone when we say “we love Larsen’s.” But we are especially grateful to Larsen’s because they listened when we told them that some of our customers LOVE the Kringle, but can’t eat it because of a vegan diet.
Not only did they listen, but they spent six whole months perfecting a vegan Kringle recipe that tastes just like the original. The vegan version comes in pecan, raspberry, almond, cheery and apple flavors. YUM!
