Simply Roasted Root Vegetables

  This savory dish couldn’t be much easier to prepare and it’s endlessly adaptable. Our version calls for roughly five pounds of assorted root vegetables. Use whatever you have and change it up to create your own version.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

This slow cooker stuffing with sausage, cranberries and apples is the perfect stuffing to make when your oven is overflowing with other baked dishes. The sweetness of the apples and cranberries pairs wonderfully with the savory sausage.

Smoked Chili Scalloped Sweet Potatoes

Chipotles in adobo have a wonderful, earthy smokiness that balances the heat (but they are still spicy!). If you don't want as much heat, just cut down on the peppers - this dish is fantastic either way.
