Easy One-Bowl Cole Slaw

makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

3 cups Outpost organic cole slaw mix, loosely packed
2 heaping tablespoons Delouis Fils French mayonnaise
1 scant tablespoon Yoder’s sour cream
4 teaspoons naturally milled sugar
4 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1⁄8 teaspoon dry yellow mustard powder
1⁄8 teaspoon ground celery seed
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Easy One-Bowl Cole Slaw

Directions

1. Place cole slaw mix into a 1 quart mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, and celery powder.
2. Mix well until slaw mix is thoroughly coated and dry seasonings are distributed throughout.
3. Add salt and fresh ground pepper sparingly.  Stir.  
4. Correct salt and pepper to taste stirring thoroughly after each addition. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.  
5. Slaw will reduce in volume the longer it chills. Stir again before serving.

Per 1/2 cup serving: 82 calories, 1g sat fat, 8g carbohydrates, 1g protein, 51mg sodium, 1g fiber
