Peanut Butter Tofu Dip

Ingredients

1 cup firm, silken tofu
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, all-natural
4 teaspoons honey

Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
