John's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Everything that comes out of the kitchen of our bakery assistant, John, is delicious. This dip is no exception. John highly recommends adding bacon to the recipe for game day.  

Ingredients

8 ounces Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce or your favorite hot sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 cups chicken, shredded

Directions

1.  Combine ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and heat on high for 1½ hours or low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours (until hot and bubbly).
2. If you cannot wait that long, combine ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes (or until mixture is heated through).

Per 2 tablespoon serving: 59 calories, 4g fat, 2g sat fat, 1g carbohydrates, 4g protein, 201mg sodium, 0g fiber
