New Media Editor
I’m the New Media Editor at Outpost, though I’m the old media editor, as well. In both capacities, I read, hear, photograph and write about food. I also eat food pretty regularly, all of which means I spend a lot of time thinking about food in one manner or another. Food is sustenance, of course, but it’s so much more: it’s a tapestry of tastes, a catalyst for community and a precious resource. As editor of Graze, our quarterly magazine, I try to give food – in all of its guises – its due. But Graze is both a limited space and published just once each season. Postscript is defined as an additional remark after the formal end of a letter, or piece of writing, and that’s what you’ll find here – additional bits and pieces that amplify upon or supplement the things you’ll read about in each issue, as well as behind-the-scene production notes, coupled with news and ruminations about food and its place in our lives.
