Maple Valley moved to Wisconsin from Canada about 12 years ago and formed as a cooperative in 2007. The co-op goes to great lengths to find woodland farmers who meet their high standards of stewardship for the environment and the planet.

The co-op has grown to meet consumers’ demand for organic products. The cooperative gets syrup from farmers in Wisconsin, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont and has two facilities, one in Cashton, Wisconsin and one in Vermont, where syrup is filtered, blended and bottled.
