Lauren Finn
Lauren was selected as the Capitol Drive Catch a Star for April because of her strong work ethic and dedication to her coworkers, the produce department, our customers and to Outpost. She is willing to help by staying late when needed or covering a shift when the unexpected happens. She shows true dedication and we appreciate all she does. Stop and say ‘hi’ to Lauren when you are in the store. You will be showered with great customer service and be greeted with her ever present smile. As her manager says, “She brings a ray of sunshine to a cloudy day.”

Cassandra Ott
Cassandra Ott has been working in the Central Kitchen for close to 2 years and has been promoted several times since starting with Outpost. Working in multiple positions, Cassandra has a wide range of talents to share with everyone in the kitchen. Her "get up and go" attitude is contagious as is her willingness to lend a hand. She's made many time saving contributions to the Garde Manger Station. Her speed and efficiency plays a huge roll in sending out delicious salads, sandwiches and wraps to our stores and wholesale accounts.

Bradley Spors
The Catch a Star winner for Bay View for April is Bradley Spors. One recent day, when a customer had been essentially blocked form entering her car by the way another customer had parked, Bradley went out to the lot and successfully backed the customer's car so it would be easier for her to get in. Bradley was very thoughtful and kind in taking the time to go out of his way to hel.p

Tina Theyel
First in the Grocery Dept and now in Produce, Tina has always been ready to help our customers. In the Produce dept, she builds the most beautiful displays and finds new and better ways to do things. And she is always a pleasure to work with!
