From our Central Kitchen
Will Anderson [Hotline Cook] is the central kitchen's catch a star for the month of April. Will was nominated for his willingness to help co-workers, positive attitude and impressive work ethic. He is a great team player and is well versed on multiple stations of the central kitchen. We are lucky to have him in the central kitchen. Way to go, Will!
From our State Street Store
Lindsay is a key employee for the grocery department. She organizes all of the daily work for the department and works with her co-workers to ensure that everyone succeeds at their job. She is the go to person because of her amazing knowledge of natural foods. Whether it’s helping her co-workers or helping customers Lindsay always approaches people with a friendly smile. She will also be stepping up and helping to run the department as her manager focuses on helping to get Mequon open. Thanks for all you do, Lindsay.
From our Capitol Drive Store
The Capitol Drive Catch a Star for the month of April is Nicole Iverson. Nicole is a prepared foods journey person and one amazing staff member. She is a whiz in our kitchen making certain our hot bar is full and abundant for our very hungry customers. Now, that’s customer service! When Nicole spots a customer needing assistance she is right there to help. She is a good-spirited, kind and considerate person we love having as our Outpost Star. Thank you for all you do, Nicole.

Bay View Catch a Star for April is Rachael Kuhr, an assistant in the café.
Rachael is seen as a true leader by her peers. She is always willing to stay till the job is done, no matter what area of the department she is covering. Customers love her terrific smile! A true Outpost asset!
